Instructions for the on-line shopping cart
are as follows: Once you have chosen a product that you would
like to purchase, click onto "Add to Cart". Then you
will be taken to a page that has a listing of the items in your
shopping cart. Here on this page you may elect to change the
quantity of the items in the shopping cart, or you may choose to
"Continue Shopping" or to "Checkout Now". If
you decide to continue to shop, you will be taken back to the
page of the item you had just added to your cart. If you decide
to checkout, you will then be prompted to our disclaimer page.
Follow the instructions on our disclaimer page and it will bring
you back to the shopping cart to conclude your order. At any
time while visiting and shopping at Belle's Botanicals you would
like to checkout or view your shopping cart, you may do so by
clicking on the suitable button. If you have problems or

These layers encrypt all of the information you have entered
before it travels over the internet. We are committed to
protecting your privacy. The information collected from you,
about you, is used to process orders, ship orders, and inform
you of items out of stock or to respond to questions you may
have about your order. In addition, we also use the (AVS)
Address Verification System, this is a system that matches the
information given with the order to your credit card billing
address on your statements.
If your order does not pass AVS - It will NOT be processed.

All purchases should be considered final,
refunds and exchanges are at the sole discretion of Belle's
Botanicals. For exchanges, refunds or a problem with your order - please report it to us within five (5) business days of delivery. All correspondence regarding returns and exchanges should be directed to:

Do not return products without prior authorization with Belle's
Botanicals, they simply will not be accepted.

Belle's Botanicals offers free delivery if
the destination of your order is within the Chico area.
If you are placing an order and delivery will be within the
Chico area, please call to place your order.

you are ready to check out - print your order form & call
